G and E relief drain is a geocomposite drainage made with a core formed by multi-layers of geonet encased in an outer jacket of non-woven geotextile. The geonet configuration multiplies the high transmissivity of the individual geonet to provide a high discharge capacity, and the geotextile prevents soil migration into the flow path. It is generally used in rock slopes to collect drainage.
