ACE Geotextile Container is made of high-strength ACETex PP geotextile, up to 200 kN/m. It is commonly used to contain contaminated material prior to disposal. A non-woven geotextile internal lining contains small particles.  Units are custom fabricated to fit any barge/hopper dimension.  A closable, sealable, or zipable cover is attached to each unit; when opened, it allows efficient filling. Lifting mechanisms are also available.

When the container is filled, the cover is stitched or zipped, and the unit can be disposed of from the split barge at an appropriate dump site or lifted and deposited in a designated location.  ACE Geotextile Container can effectively contain and seal contaminated sediment for dredge management solutions.
